Martha Rekeraho is a software engineer who graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from United States International University–Africa in September 2025, where she received a trophy award for academic excellence and leadership. Her professional background spans full-stack development, product design, IT support, and data-driven problem solving, shaped by internships and projects across diverse industries.

At KCB Bank Kenya, Martha served as a product development intern, working on UI/UX design with Figma, frontend development with Angular, and backend systems with Spring Boot. At Andela, she collaborated with a team of developers to deliver scalable full-stack web solutions, honing her technical and teamwork skills. During her internship at KASS, she trained and mentored students in web development and technical support, gaining valuable experience in both knowledge transfer and practical system analysis.

In addition to her professional work, Martha contributed as a peer tutor at USIU–Africa, guiding students in programming, hardware/software practicums, and C++. These roles sharpened her ability to analyze data, communicate complex ideas, and foster collaboration—skills directly relevant to her work at GeoIQ Partners in data analysis and geospatial solutions.

Beyond her studies and internships, Martha is the founder of Ubuzima Mill Solutions and BioCycle Farms Solutions, initiatives addressing food security and sustainability through technology and innovation. She has also volunteered in various community and mentorship roles, including as a Microsoft ADC WINS mentee, which has further developed her leadership and impact-focused approach.

Recognized on the Dean’s List throughout her academic journey, Martha combines technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for applying emerging technologies such as AI/ML and geospatial analysis to create meaningful and sustainable impact.
